I think its unconstitutional because you the have the right to the first amendment which states that we the people have the freedom of religion... and the school is denying Ariana's right to freedom of religion by suspending her and not letting her on school grounds because of her nose ring. Then her mother states "What do you need to establish a sincere religious belief?," she said. "We were told that if we were Hindu, or she were Muslim, it would be different."- Only because your religion isn't as big as the other religions doesn't mean you don't you cant follow your rights to the first amendment which states the freedom of religion.
